We approach your privacy responsibly. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") is intended to inform customers and visitors of the website https://vlastne.sk about the procedures regarding the collection and use of personal data. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully.

A. The last update of this Policy was on April 1, 2025. This Policy may be updated from time to time, and you will be informed of all significant changes to the Policy. The current version can always be found on the website https://vlastne.sk (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").

B. Personal data is processed with due care in accordance with all relevant legal regulations, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR") and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act").

C. This Policy applies exclusively to the processing of personal data that we carry out ourselves.

1. Who processes your personal data?

1.1 Your personal data is processed by us as the controller, Senchia, s. r. o., with its registered office at Karpatské námestie 10A, 831 06 Bratislava - mestská časť Rača, Slovak Republic, ID No.: 51 408 970, VAT ID: SK2120712946, Tax ID: 2120712946, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court Bratislava III, Section: Sro, Insert No. 126316/B (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller", "we", "us" or "our").

2. Whose data do we process?

2.1 We process personal data of several groups of data subjects. In connection with this Policy, we process data about you:

a) our customers who order a custom-made digital version of a map through our Website,

b) visitors to our Website.

2.2 The personal data we process about you is obtained directly from you.

2.3 We do not knowingly process or request information from persons under the age of 18. Data that we learn was provided by a person under the age of 18 without the consent of parents or legal guardians will be deleted immediately.

3. Why do we process your personal data, for what purpose, and on what legal basis?

3.1 We process your personal data for several purposes and on the basis of several legal grounds, specifically:

3.1.1 for the purpose of informing about services through the Website and possible conclusion of a contractual relationship. The offer of our services is listed on our Website. If you decide to contact us regarding the potential use of our services or decide to use our services, or the services of our partners that we mediate, you will provide us with personal data, the processing of which is subject to this Policy. Based on the data provided, we may contact you and inform you about our services. In this context, we use your personal data mainly for:

▪ communicating about our services and the services of our partners, which we mediate through the Website

▪ pre-contractual negotiations regarding our services and possible conclusion of a contractual relationship with you,

▪ providing your data to our contractual partners for the purpose of providing services in which you have expressed interest,

The legal basis for such processing of personal data provided by you is a pre-contractual relationship with you in accordance with Art. 6 par. 1 lit. b) GDPR.

4. What personal data do we process?

4.1 For the above purposes, we process the following several types of information:

4.1.1 for the purpose of informing about services through the Website and possible conclusion of a contractual relationship. In this context, we will mainly process the following categories of personal data:

• your first and last name,

• basic contact information such as address, telephone number, email.

At the same time, we may also collect other data that you voluntarily provide to us when using our Website, including information obtained through the use of cookies (more information on the processing of personal data through cookies can be found in our Cookie Information).

5. Who are the recipients of your personal data?

5.1 We take the protection of your personal data very seriously, so we try to limit the scope of its recipients as much as possible. Your personal data is primarily accessed by our employees, and only if it is necessary for the performance of their work, or for the provision of the service. Your personal data is processed on the basis of authorization and in accordance with the instructions contained in the personal data processing briefing and in our internal standards. At the same time, our employees are bound by a contractual duty of confidentiality.

6.1 As a standard, we try to limit the transfer of personal data to third countries outside the European Union and the European Economic Area, unless it is necessary. However, some of our partners with whom we cooperate are located outside the territory of the European Union or the European Economic Area, or have their subcontractors located in these countries, or process personal data in third countries in another way. In such a case, we try to ensure that your personal data is transferred exclusively to countries that are considered to have an adequate level of personal data protection in accordance with the relevant decision of the European Commission, or in which appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data. In general, in the case of transfers to third countries, we use standard contractual clauses or require compliance with other appropriate safeguards and suitable measures. Regardless of the country in which your personal data is processed, we take appropriate technical, legal, and organizational measures to ensure that the level of protection is the same as in the European Union and the European Economic Area.

7. Is your personal data subject to automated decision-making and profiling?

7.1 Your personal data is not subject to automated individual decision-making, however, if you have given us consent to process personal data for marketing purposes, your personal data will be subject to profiling, in order to provide you with an offer of services available in your locality, or an offer that we think might correspond to your age or gender. In connection with such processing of your personal data, you have the right to object to such processing according to Art. 21 GDPR.

8. Is your personal data processed securely?

8.1 We take all reasonable and appropriate security measures to protect us and you from unauthorized access or unauthorized alteration, disclosure, or destruction of the personal data we process. Measures include possible encryption, firewalls, secure facilities, and access rights systems. If, despite security measures, a security breach occurs that is likely to have a negative impact on your privacy, we will inform you of the breach as soon as possible.

9. How long do we keep your personal data?

9.1 We keep your personal data only as long as it is legally permissible and necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. However, this does not preclude us from further processing your personal data on another legal basis for a longer period, especially if it concerns the fulfillment of legal obligations.

9.2 Unless the deletion of your data would be contrary to legal regulations (e.g., fraud prevention, fulfillment of tax obligations, etc.) or we need it to demonstrate and defend our legal claims, your data will be deleted from our repositories and systems three years after its acquisition, or termination of our cooperation. Your personal data will be processed for an even shorter period if you have given us consent to processing for marketing purposes for only 1 year from the granting of consent. If we find that we no longer need your personal data for the specified purpose, we will delete it immediately, even before the expiration of the said period.

10. What are your rights?

10.1 In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights under GDPR:

Right to lodge a complaintIf you believe that the processing of your personal data is not in accordance with the relevant legal regulations concerning personal data protection, you can lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority for data protection (Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic).
